SHIPPING AND POLICY


Dear and precious customers,

We make sure to process your order within just a few hours to ensure that your parcel arrives to your destination as soon as possible.  Please allow between two to four weeks for it's arrival after placing your order.

In very rare occasion, depending on hight demand of a product or holiday period or any delay in the shipping process, it may take up to 45 days for your order to arrive. If more than 45 days have passed, which should not happen, please email us at cnzimports@gmail.com to review the status of your order.

Exchange or Refund
30 days policies.

If 30 days have gone by since your order was received, I'm sure you can understand that, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange or a refund because of administration purposes.  Our accounting system is set this way and it is equal for every customer.  We just can't pass our accounting system and it has nothing to do with not wanting to please our clients because if only one thing, we aim to please our client!

Therefore, we ask that you contact us at cnzimports@gmail.com as soon as possible to ensure a smooth experience.  We want you to be fully satisfied so advise us immediately in case of need of exchange or for a full refund.

To be eligible for an exchange or a full refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error are unfortunately not refundable as you may expect.

To complete your transaction, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Once we receive your item and that we have inspected it, we will send you an email to notify you that we have indeed received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund and the procedure to follow.

Like for example communicate your desire for choosing something else or a refund will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.  

Please allow up to 72 hours for the complete transaction between us and your credit card company to occur.

If you haven’t received a refund after 72 hours, contact your credit card company or bank in the matter of another method of paiement.

Shipping your item
Don't forget to e-mail us as soon as possible before shipping your item back to us.  

Once we have received your email request we will provide you with a follow up number for reference purposes.

Again, do not use the address on your original packaging as it is the address of the manufacture and they will not be able to do anything for you.

You must pay your own shipping costs for returning your item. Our initial shipping delivery is free with your purchase but unfortunately, we can not pay for the exchange or refund shipping cost. This is one of the inconvenience of shopping online but all around we try to offer you the very best online shopping.

In very rare cases we will pay for shipping (as per example if the item was to be damaged or for mal function), in this case after having inspecting it, the cost of shipping will be added to your refund or in case of an exchange, we will credit your credit card for the shipping amount.  In this case, please mail your shipping receipt with your package. 

Depending on where you live, it may take some time for your package to get to us.  That's why it is extremely important for you to advise us by e mail as soon as possible before mailing your item.

If you are shipping an item over $75 of value, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't be of any help if your package is lost by your shipping company.

Again, to ensure that everything goes as smoothly as possible, we ask that you contact us as soon as possible after receiving your parcel... Time goes by fast, don't let it slip through your fingers ; )
